I used to have 22 sponsers on my old Si through carsponsers.com but had a few probs & had to let the Si go. As far as progressing through carsponsers.com getting bigger sponsers with a higher percentage of sponsership & all that stuff like bringing it from 20% off to maybe 40% off depending on how you do with them, is that a possibility of something they do? And Thanx, i'm really hoping to get all the interior done, drop a new engine this spring, lower it, throw some clear lights into it, a sleek spoiler & rims before this summer. I just hope I got the bank to do it lol. Yeah i'll definatly have to take ya up on those lights when I get the chance, i'll just get hold of ya on here. What do ya have for lights anyway? The car was light blue with 3 minor rust spots. Two were on the running board just in front of the rear tires which was taken out & had metal replaced, and the other was on the hatch. But the guys that did it said they fixed 74 spots. Only 3 were rust, the others were little dings all over the place. They think it was either a party car of someone young & dumb, or what the think would be a more probable reason is the possibility of it being a storm car. Anyways man, hit me back -Scott

93integra: i plan on puttin on some rims.maybe some 15s or 16s dont know yet.um probably a bodykit.i am putting some lambo doors on it.tinting the back windows. for the inside i think im leavin it stock,i think i am going to put and in dash tv/dvd in it.i got to get a racing sterring wheel and some new racing seats.and im going to paint the car dont know what color yet.but yea i will be interested in starting something up with you and some other people with integras. and it would be nice just to help each other out.

I'm still looking into getting a GSR in the spring, but I want to do a lot of my research before then. Have you built Integra's before the one you have now? I'm really interested in the B Series motors, specifically B18C, but I haven't gotten to looking into the K Series yet otherwise I would bounce some questions off of you. If I remember correctly you're running a K20A3 which the canadian sir's use as well correct?

corrigan: how can i get to say something about getting that club up cuz thats something i would want. the car is going good just ordered an ecu from phearable so i should make some better power and have a descent base to tune from.

Frost: Ah right I remember reading your page a while ago, and seeing the hybrid. I also saw you at the show in Rutland a while back, can't recall looking in your engine bay though. Yeah a K Series in a DC2 would be sweet, except that it would cost the same price as the car, just to drop a K into it lol. IIRC, I read that the B18C1 holds the track record for all motor tegs (atleast the third gen). What are your views on building a B series (Such as a GSR) for boost? It isn't that uncommon now and I know a lot of guys over at team-integra have set it up and seem to like it. If money was not an option for you though, would you prefer a strong all motor teg, or a boosted one?

magicaljake: hey...thanks man my compresion ratio is 8.5:1 and im currently running 15 pounds(ish) of boost.... still on stock tune with bigger injectors....so there is alot of room to improve with a good tune.... and even more boost on the current setup

bolial: Hey dude I got a few q's for ya & maybe you can help me out. I'm in the middle of trying to figure out what engine I want to throw into the teg. I have to do a little more research on it because I wouldn't mind something with more power jdm or something that I could directly bolt in and onto my tranny, or even use the same wiring harness but I know thats probably not going to happen. I think I want something with a little more performance that'll bolt to my tranny for sure, but if I need to get a new brain, wiring harness & engine mount kit i'll deal with that, I just don't want to change the tranny & everything else around that goes along with that. Sounds like too much of a hassle to me. And you always gotta keep in mind the limited bank funds lol. If you got any idea make sure to hit me up. Anwyays man take care -Scott

bolial: See the money thing will be different because I won't be getting the stuff from e-bay or some other online site or company. A friend of mine deals with a lot of JDM stuff and his prices are pretty cheap. For instance my buddy had a 92? Talon Tsi and this dude i'm talking about goes to some place in Canada that he deals a lot with & got him the JDM engine for it for like 800$ if I remember right. Had like 35k on it, red top engine. I'm not sure what engine because i'm not too farmiliar with Mitsu engines. I could probably get my hands on 2k this year pretty easily after taxes. But you know the more I read the more I see how lots of people prefer to just use the 1.8 LS engine that I already have. I've done a few civics & crx's but never done a Teg before so i figured i'd ask some advise from someone who has a little more experience than I do lol. But I definatly want something that won't require me changing out the tranny, axles & all that stuff. Anyways man hit me back. -Scott

bolial: Dude that sounds great. I was thinking with everything i was hearing that maybe I should just stick with the ls engine i have because of the potential they can get. I appreciate the info and will probably end up going that way. It saves the hassle of changing everything around, and will have the bragging rights of still having the ls in it after it's all finished. Turbo...I do love the feel and sound of it, but i hear it's quite expensive to have the engine set up for it, head that the engine still will die faster than it should, and turbo's are pretty expensive. I think i will go with the n/a like you were saying. Would you consider changing the intake manifold altogether like with a skunk2? I had one on my old crx and that thing screamed. Anyways thanx for all the indo & hit me back about the intake manifold. Oh yeah, i've heard that incresing the fuel to a honda will increase hp drastically because that is the most restrictive part of the u.s. honda. Have you heard anything about that? -Laterz

Defining: A built K24a1 with k20a/z head would be sweet. 300whp, NA, and it comes with TORQUE :D!! I’m looking at a k24 build as well. The K24a1 is actually out of a CR-V. K24a2 is out of the TSX :). 8thgencivic.com has some pretty good build threads if you're interested. What type of wheels are you looking at?

ruckusracer: looking for middle consol, driverside and passenger side door seals, hood, a better cold air intake, need to swap out my rims, projector headlights, short shift handle not the adapter piece. And anything else that will upgrade interior or exterior.

ruckusracer: Hey, Did you put the hondata ecu in yourself or did you have someo do it cuz I still need to put mine in and tune it. synapse motorsports sent me a basemap for my car to get it started with the ecu in but I still need to tune it inorder to drive it.

Defining: I say go K24! Sell you K20 and use to money to get a K24a2 and tune it to ~230wph and ~190 ft/lbs to the wheels :). Thos wheels are hot. What size you going to get? I read that only the 15's come in at 11lbs. That seems kinda small for a DC5 O_o??
